Tenant-in-Common Investments

The TIC industry is highly regulated and overseen by the SEC and FINRA. Therefore the industry is subject to their rules and regulations.

Additionally, SEC Rule 205(c) mandates that information pertaining to tenants-in-common investments should NOT be made available to the general public unless such persons have been pre-qualified in regards to suitability and accreditation. 

Because of this the FINRA has advised tenant-in-common websites to be password protected so that only pre-qualified clients may access tenant-in-common information and properties. Federal securities law requires that we password protect this page.
